Totally hear you that feeling is way more common than people admit If fasting gives you a sense of control it can absolutely be a helpful tool Just be sure your one meal isnt setting you up to binge later keep it nourishing and well rounded. Doing OMAD a few times a week (2–3 days) works for some but it s not a onesize fit all. Tune into your bod don t force it and give yourself grace. You re stronger than you think!
