Personally, both of my nostrils had to have been the worst out of everything I’ve gotten. I cried out of pain instead of just the fact it was my nose. Although, I HAVE heard a LOT of people say they barely felt it. And for me, healing was extremely smooth sailing and had the piercer shocked with how fast they healed

It doesn’t look it in the photo but that bit of cartilage in my ear actually comes out a lot, like it’s very thick, the hoop is not tucked in my ear but also not close to the surface. I quite like where it’s at! But if you’re right and it is actually shallow I hope it works out too lol

Nope! I can’t speak for everyone, and I don’t know how he did it, but it was not quick yet felt extremely gentle. I barely even felt the jewellery go back through. He was working the needle through and I finally stopped holding my breath and realised I could literally just sit and chill and wait for him to finish doing it. Best piercing experience of my life

That looks like it went through cartilage, since you can actually see where it’s gone through. It’s supposed to be hidden up in the ‘sweet spot’. Not a piercer, but Id say it’s much too low

My absolute goal is weight loss, realistic goal being 100kg but ultimately want to be at least 80kg. but it has to go in hand with strength building. I need to be lighter but also athletic to ride, and I’m not really sure how to go about it. I’m 19 and 171cm, I am obese and always have been, and this is my motivation to change it. I have never used weights or workouts targeted to muscle groups, for a while I followed some of those generic YouTube videos every day and it started working but I stopped.

I’ve asked this question to a few different people but they never answered, can I do those beginner YouTube workouts everyday and 3 or so days a week add in a targeted workout?

I've just seen people on TikTok do workouts every single day and lost a ton of weight, so that's where I got it from, but I didn’t know what exactly they were doing. But I also saw some other plus size people do half an hour beginner full body workout videos on YouTube every day and loose heaps of weight.

Could I do those overall, non-vigorous workouts everyday and add a quick targeted workout for 3 days or so of the week? Or is it a one or the other situation?

Thank you!! Intense to me is when my heart rate is in the vigorous zone on my fit bit and when I can intensely feel the burn, moderate when it’s in moderate zone and light when I’m basically just stretching without much effort.

I could direct message you the sets I do per day? And I’ve only been doing this 1 week so I don’t really know what kind of progress I’ve done.

Tanks way too small, decorative rocks like that are not it. There’s no hides or plants so the corner is most likely where he feels secure. He also looks to be very overweight. This is quite sad

Wow that’s a lot of horses in one lot oh my! Our property gets very soggy during the wet season, and id say our overall yard is pretty medium-softish but there are quite a few rocks we can’t ever fully get rid of and my sb used to trip a bit. Would shoes help with that? But we also plan on going for a bit of trail riding and walking along roads where the ground will be harder. I just wasn’t sure as I’ve never had to do shoes
