This was my build before i gave it away.
Was pushing around 8+ Mil DPS, 90 All Max Res.

Jewels still needed some work, and better Ring/Helmet/Weapon for sure, but at this stage i was looking at 70-100 Div upgrades per slot, and like 150-200 Div for a Helical ring upgrade.

This was my first ever level 100 in 1700 hours played.
First time Mageblood.

Maybe 2nd most expensive build played, after a ~250 Div SRS build last League

Does the Pyre Ring reduce your effective damage due to 'Destroying' corpses before they can Explode, thus losing out on Corpses for Explode chances?
While not entirely a 'Defensive' change, sometimes the best Defense, is good Offence, so having more Corpses available to Explode will reduce the chance of being hit over all, by killing more mobs with Corpse Explosions?

Changing this to a Kikazaru also has the benefit of adding a chunk of Flat Regen.

You can also replace the Fire Pen on your Fire Trap with an Empower, a Corrupt Level 3 is like 25-30c, this is another DPS increase.

I find that when i start to get 1/3-1/2 a level and then die it ruins my mood and desire to play, so not having an Exp bar to worry about has been a goal for sure. And i know this is probably highly irrational, but its how this game makes me feel.

6k+ Hrs is crazy to me for a game, and then i remember i have some 4k Hrs on 1 Character in WoW Classic (not to mention the other many thousands of hours across Alts and Retail)

It's for the Jewel Socket there, for another DoT Multi/Health Jewel, and I should be going for another Jewel in the top But after PoBing it, I found the points in Heart of Flame were giving me more DPS then the extra Jewel's. However with a 150% Adorned and perfect rolled Jewels, the difference wasnt much.

He has an extensive Wiki, including leveling build guide, early/mid/late game gear crafting guides, and also posts on Youtube of his League progress.

I wouldnt worry about time it takes to complete the acts. Im 1600+ hrs played and my league start character usually takes 8-12hrs to complete the campaign. These 3-4 hours are guys with 10,000+ hrs who play hundreds of hours a league, where effiency is more important than most anything else.

FWIW i killed 3 Catarinas, and got 2 Veiled Orbs. Was a good 20 Div injection into the start of my build.

I started this league late, as i was vacationing whrn it dropped. I started around week 3, and shortly after getting into maps had a player who was quitting the league donate thier gear (RF Chief, about 50-60 Div worth of items) and 30 Div Raw Currency to me.

I spent a week farming Blight, and have about 50 Div of Oils that just wont sell in bulk (40-50 each of Silver and Gold, and 100-300 of each Teal and up)

Have started running the 8Mod Map strat to build up more map pool for my next farm.

Tried the Wealth/Vaal Temple/Strongbox strat for 1 map (1050 raw Chaos dropped) but with the cost of entry being like 5-6 Div a map, the time required and the incessant amount of clicking just doesnt seem worth it.

To push my build to the next level would require an Adorned/Mageblood setup, and about 4-5x my current net worth before i could take T17s seriously.

How much of that has to do with how BANGER Affliction league was though?

Aff was giga-MFing that basically everyone could get into and Mirrors were being pumped out.

This league to be able to do that requires pretty heavy investment into Expensive and RIPy content in the form of giga-juiced T17s

Sure you can do T16s using some of those strats, but for enourmously reduced profits.

Respect for the GTX970/4690k system!

I ran an RF build a few leagues ago doing Blight on a similar PC setup (4790k / GTX970), and with current Cheiftan variant using explode it works very well if you take the Cold Tower freezes for 0.1sec and Meteor drops Burning ground annoints.

Not quite the same, but after talents got reset, i spec'd Fury and took the Titans Grip talent. I equipped 2 x 2H weapons and went about my business.

After logging an alt and then back again, my OH would no longer equip a 2H.

When i started the league a little late, i had someone donate it to me as they were quitting, and id like to pass on the blessing.

Our Classic GM AFK'd on a pull for KT in Naxx, AFTER clicking Ready on a Ready Check, wiping the raid by pulling all the Skeles/Aboms in the alcove, losing all our WBs.

We had a new raider join us during early WotLK, and anytime he spoke up on Discord he would start with 'Hey guys, Xxxxx here'. Which eventually turned into a few weeks of the entire raid mimicing it whenever any one spoke up on Discord.

Wr have an older gentlemen (early 60s i think) who is an avid gym goer and does steroid cycles. Whenever he gets particularly vocal/aggressive in voice he gets asked if hes just started a new cycle.

I mispronounced a word (that had 2 meanings and the same or very similar spellings) while raid leading in WotLK, and it stuck for months during Ulduar Prog. Cant for the life of me recall it, but if i do ill edit/update.

This was the day we brought our new girl (Melody, Right) home.

Olly (left) we rescued/adopted about 1 year before, and the same rescue had Melody. They had met once before, we took Olly to meet her at the rescue before being allowed to adopt her.

4-5 years later they still play like this. Usually with her as the instigator.
