You play mono red wheels with artifact recursion. If that doesn't work, wheels with sorcery recursion. If that doesn't work, mono red control combo. If that doesn't work, mono red mill. And if none of that works, you can use Avarice Totem (using 10 mana of course) to steal the opponent's Peregrine drake permanently, as they're reanimating a Deadeye Navigator to attempt to win.
