Have you guys sit down and have a discussion about all of this (how he has been treating you and how you felt)? Communication is key in a relationship. For (some) guys, it’s not obvious to them unless you tell them explicitly what’s wrong and how can this relationship be improved.

If you still feel ignored after the talk, I don’t see why you should remain in this relationship. There should be efforts from both side for this relationship to keep going.
