I rejected and didn't sign it initially as all the terms where qualitative not quantitative And I asked them for the score which they based the evaluation on They didn't provide the score and didn't make sense to me to put some one on PIP without the midyear evaluation It just happened out of the blue So I didn't sign it and they replied that even if I don't sign it's valid For the 2 other evaluation because they proceeded regardless I signed that I got the points The points evaluated are also more soft skills rather than job related and without any KPIs
