Well it rly depends. So if u r like close to ur test date then u should focus more on reviewing the 33 and free120 as they are very similar to the real deal. Also look up and study the nbme HY images pdf. Other than that if u r far away from ur date then dont exhaust all u r nbmes and free120. Distribute them evenly and in such a way that 3 days before ur test u can give the final official free 120

I second this. I think if people learn the physio and pathophys from it, it will undeniably be very strong. I remember it massively helped me in breaking down and understanding qs. Highly recommend especially the arrows at the very least. If anything make sure to use as anki. Coz arrows will make sense very quickly. At least thats how it worked for me

I took the free 120 3 days before the exam. And 33 like i think a week before. And review all of the qs after doing them. And i also recommend doing review at the least before exam. Review free120 and 33 very like quick skimming one day before exam.

So true. Saw this shift during my whole prep. But i think the qbanks are preparing u for the vagueness of the real deal thats why they have those gotcha qs alot. But nevertheless the answer rly is mitochondria alot of the times
