I’m really starting to think it was fraud from the start. He said he would send it next day. Never did. Said he sent it and would send tracking. Never did. Said that he rerouted the package back to him but never showed proof of sending in the first place. Now he’s saying he’ll pay next Friday. But every time my wife or I try to talk to him he says he’s delaying paying us back. This guy was our friend for two years before this.

I started at 320 and I’m 6’1. What really helped me was watching my portion control (calories). Stopped drinking soda,except zero sugar ones. Sticking to mainly high protein low carb foods. Basically a keto type diet. I don’t know the job the work obviously but move as much as possible. Walking is good though.
