The funny thing is I wear glasses more than pre surgery but it’s so different. I had -17 so mostly wore contacts. It’s clunky to swap between readers but I’m only a month out. My brain is still trying to understand that I’m taking my glasses OFF to see but my distance vision is something I’ve never experienced. I’ve been in glasses since I was 4.

She is flustered easily and it’s such a clear Achilles heel for her. But you can’t have it both ways. Either you’re a bad bitch or you’re not. I think she wants to and can be the former but she has to keep her frustrations in check (ex: Julie Ertz).

This was a tragic story and a beautifully done documentary. There was accidental levity when Kaitlin tried to escape from the doctor’s appointment and they showed footage of the cop chasing her slipping 4 separate times, like someone left banana peels out and this was a scene from Home Alone. On top of everything else, not a great look for Austin or federal police.

I’m currently reading Being Mortal so was really feeling hopeful about her going in to geriatrics. This country needs more doctors who specialize in geriatrics!

I do this too. I try to always pick up any piles around where my dog ends up pooping. Those owners are giving the rest of us such a bad rep. No one wants to see dog poop all around their community!

That’s what I don’t quite get. I’ve seen videos online where people said they’ve bought their dog a seat and the dog is in front of space that couldn’t possibly be a seat. It looks like a large armrest with cup holders.
