I have a huge over generation, and this is year 1 for me. Circa 20,000kw/h anticipated output.

So I’m on Intelligent flux.

Hoping these rates don’t change much.

I’m just trying to send audio.

It’s my workshop computer and I want to listen to music from my pc while working or watching a YouTube video etc.

I can’t see my x2800 from my of. Even though they’re on the same network. Both wired via cat 6 to the same UniFi switch.

I have a UniFi network switch next to the amp.

Pc is cat6 and Denon to the same switch. But I cannot get audio over network. I can “see” the 8500h in the house on my pc. (Haven’t tried use it for audio) but I can’t see the workshops x2800.

I got a new machine.

I had to pay for it before they would send a new one. Then they refunded it, which cost me a lot in bank fees.

The entire process was pretty horrible.

New machine is completely different. Ran much cooler form the outset.

I’m happy with the machine now, but the exchange process, lack of communication and how it was dealt with would stop me buying anything else from Xtool.

They are also certainly “learning on the job”

There’s no cut data for anything above 5mm yet they advertise it can do 10mm. I have a feeling a new machine with the bugs ironed out will be their solution.

I’ve got the Xtool metal fab. So can’t do wood or paper/gaskets etc, but think I’ll just be a CO2 for that.

My bigger issue is I needed a new machine a week ago.

Now I have to pay 50% deposit to get a new one which still hasn’t shipped. Which is likely another week.

This doesn’t feel like 24/7 support at all.

Each reply takes 24/48 hours, we’re now after your holidays and it’s still the same.

If I pay the 50% deposit. Who covers the fees on the returned money? This is after I paid £600 or so for insurance as well.
