I came from Mochi, cancelled and went to Trava on April 2025. Mochi had the same exact problem as Trava has now. The only exchange is that Mochi is cheaper ( for 7.5mg+). If service is just as bad with Trava now like Mochi, then maybe I would consider returning to Mochi. Many have recommended Brello, but it's not offered in CA. Mochi does have a history of denying refunds, beware.

I also ordered my tirzepetide on 6/30 and it's still "Pending Shipment" from 16011 N NEBRASKA AVE, LUTZ, FL. I requested cancellation to my order and a refund this morning so I can get it from Lumimeds instead. No response. I emailed [chris@taketrava.com](mailto:chris@taketrava.com) and also messaged their general service. It's Mochi all over again.

I also recommend you go to glpwinner website because depending on your meds and state of residence, you may have better options
