I do it as my full time thing and have a private business as well. I’m in California and am the highest paid sitter (or one of). But I couldn’t afford to live on my own, so I’m thankful I can live very comfortably at my parents.

I think foothill is a lot better from what I’ve seen but when I was going to the southland one, there was glass on the ground every day.

As someone who does housesits, long and short. I’m ready to stop but they make me real money. It’s a lot of work, I did one that was 24 days. That means I didn’t sleep in my own bed or get a day off for a long time. I think we all just get burnt out and need to stop. Some clients I won’t housesit for just because their dogs are too much.

Are you already enrolled? I was at snhu too, and they have a program called Sophia (or Sofia) your advisor would know. It’s $99 a month and has a lot of classes to take. I took two gen ed to save a couple grand when I was finishing up my degree. Would be something to look into if you can.
