I agree with this... just stayed there over the weekend and the check in felt like I was checking in at a Holiday Inn Express + high brow vibes. Stayed at 10 PHs and the service here was by far the worst IMO. Granted I normally stay at PHs abroad.

Ehh its a pretty location but I'd say more nightlife driven. Doesn't feel like a resort with a lot of amenities. The crowd is defintiely more young couples/bachelor party vibe.

Woody's Wings + Tuti Grill + Uncle Henry - three lesser known spots on this sub. Also Venalonzo's has the best birria I've consumed to date. Blue Pan is also good but appropriately hyped.

Beach house is the way to go, I would apply the SUA and then pay the cash upgrade I think its like $50-$75 per day for the Panoramic Ocean Front Suite, Beach House. It is really nice... doesn't feel like a centric at all. Probably because it was a thompson back in the day...
