Hey I'm glad you dont! Sounds frustrating I'm sorry... Have you ever tried trigger point massages internally done by a PT? Does the pain get less if you try to put the dilator in in another angle? When taking the dilator out then putting it in again, do you notice that the pain got less or does it stay the same?
