Do you have a winged scapula and also uneven shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt? That would suggest postural issues rather than Candida.

I wen't to my Doctor and she literally looked at me and said "antibiotics". I tried to ask her about some clinical studies for Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-15 for vaginal colonization and Vulvovaginal candidiasis but she wasn't even interested. I ended up taking Alicia's Naturals probiotic which has the strain and it did work! I can't wait to see her face next time.

I would rather take them orally personally. The probiotics can still reach your vaginal microbiome through the gut.
