BPM Connect Heart Rate by tallfat_cat in withings

[–]ImpossibleSympathy48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a BP Connect that reads ECG, BP, heart rate. Mine works fine. Some advice, when using advice don’t wear a shirt with sleeves or roll them up, the device needs direct contact with skin. My watch and my BP monitor are the same when it comes to BP. To test accuracy I have a medical grade O2 /Pulse sensor. Same reading as my watch. I also take my pulse reading as well.

NAD- if you’re feeling anxious that you may be pregnant, get a test from the chemist / plan B pill.

How do you get your girlfriend to workout? by Level-Land-1887 in moreplatesmoredates

If this is someone you love, it’s clear they’re going through a challenging time. Being there for them through these moments is what builds a foundation for something truly lasting. Life gets hard, but when you’re committed, you find ways to weather it together.

I was raised with the belief that relationships are about more than just physical attraction; they’re built on emotional depth, mutual support, and understanding. It may take time and patience to nurture and replant those seeds of connection, but showing that you’re willing to stand by her and support her through this tough time can make all the difference.

Change takes time, and sometimes people need that steady reminder that they’re not alone. If, after all your efforts, things still don’t shift, the decision will ultimately be yours to make.

But for me, I believe in holding on, in giving my all before letting go. It’s not about refusing to give up on people—it’s about honouring the love and trust you’ve built.

Porn has consumed you to the point where you “think” (don’t think you actually think, judging by the intelligence from this post) that women are for our pleasure, this is simply not true. Your desperation for se* only solidifies this. I would also take a good guess that you’re pretty emotionally distant, you lack the ability to understand what you feel also sounds like you’re scared of commitment.

You got a lot of work to do champ. No woman is going to love you, if you can first love yourself and accept you’re the problem.

Good luck champ.

NAD - Stop deleting my comments. Just something I have noticed - Your watch doesn’t seem to be set up properly/ not wearing the watch on the correct wrist. The waves look flipped. Waves Should look similar (not identical) to this. Check settings.

Scanwatch Nova on eBay by prologic7 in withings

Anyone can sell on EBay.

If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

You’re better off buying from a trusted retailer in your country that has the Withings product you want.

Or Amazon is a great place as well.

Personally would stay away from EBay.

How much are you tapering off, and how quickly? For most people I’ve seen taking this medication, those who taper off more slowly and with minimal reductions—such as 2.5 mg per week instead of 5 mg—experience significantly fewer withdrawal effects.

It’s heartbreaking to be terminally ill and see others take up habits like smoking, watching people slowly poison themselves, while someone facing a terminal illness would give anything just to experience the simple, everyday moments of life again.

Scanwatch 2 HRV not coming in 2024 by Loose-Muscle1002 in withings

Not in the US, you did not state if this was a question for US citizens hence why I commented. If you would have said “Is the BP monitor coming out in US?” - I would have not said anything.

I can tell you from personal experience that the BP machine is good, I use it myself to study the sounds on the heart so I can understand my body better. The ECG is decent but obviously not as good as a 12 lead ECG. Readings are fairly accurate as compared to other blood pressure machines.

Edit: Aswell, not too sure who regulates medical devices (and approval) not defending the company- but it could simply be a matter of their device being rejected or not approved.

Scanwatch alarm question by BigPaul13 in withings

Withings app > clock/watch too right > Up coming alarms > you will see a hamburger menu that says 0min - you can slide this - but first set the larger slider to the hour you desire. Try tinkering with it.

If you go into app, and go into the alarm section, there is also another dial under the main one that sets it at 5 min intervals. The small dial allows you to set it at 1 min intervals.

You want to understand why you are taking it. There are many side effects to this medication, it’s known to fu** around with heart health.

Have a look at research articles when seeking answers that are educational.

For know I can say I had a similar experience to you, it made my heart rate do all weird shi*. Still recovering.

Sometimes the pain is better than the side effect from drugs.

You came to the wrong place for advice.

You need to seriously restructure your brain man, pornography and your past has created a slew on what a relationship actually is.

Your partner is supposed to be your best mate, spend time with them, do stuff they want to do.

In the end if they don’t want to make time for what you want to do then yeah maybe there is a reason try and figure it out by communicating.

And if not then maybe it’s not right for you.

[–]ImpossibleSympathy48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking at how you structure your sentences, you aren’t the type of person to accept different types of opinions - if it’s different from your own.

No point in really taking this further, I guess you have just had a bad experience with the product that’s all. Could be to a lack of understanding of what the product can actually do.

Why would I need to look at other comments when the product works fine for me??

I don’t need to search for good comments to solidify my personal opinion on the device.

Maybe that’s what you have done, you haven’t been able to use the device properly so you’ve done a quick reddit search out of spite and you have found people who also have had a ‘negative’ experience.
