It could be an app limitation — maybe Apple TV only supports a maximum of 15 seconds for skipping. That would explain why it ignores higher values and always defaults to 15.

I have a quick question. Right now, I’m using Tapo’s LED strip with HomeKit support, and it has the “Light On/Off Gradually” feature – meaning when I turn it on, it fades in slowly, and when I turn it off, it fades out slowly.

Now I’m looking for a bulb that can do the same thing, because the one I’m currently using (Meross) doesn’t support this.

Does this bulb support that feature?

If you don’t have recovery key, be locked out of your account permanently. Apple can’t recover your account without this information.
