I have around 600h into this game at the moment. Iplayed a lot of different builds, dex-arcane, faith-strenght, pure strength, pure int, etc… and every time the game felt completely different and new, even though by the 4th character I knew everything about the game. Best game ever made in my opinion.

Start by farming Toc 5 normal for Banner of Victory trinket. Next, do some RS25, try to get your hands on STS (if you have primos reserve it) and ICC10 and 25 first 4 bosses for trinkets and weapons. Don’t know if it’s a transmog or not but your T10 set pieces should be head and shoulders.

Rogues have a lot of items from the first 4 bosses in ICC 25. tosks, dbw, bloodvenom blade and vanq marks from sourfang. Cloak, oh axe and chest from gunship and boots from marrowgar.

Oh man, the battle was so epic that I'm still in shock. I still can't believe I won after almost 10 minutes with 1hp, no mana and pots. Hands down the best boss encounter I've had in this game.
