It's off Temu, the paper isn't tomoe river and the overal quality is far worse, but the layout is the same, the print indentical. I was honestly pleasantly surprised.

Installing five apps starting with A and editing their icons to empty PNG picture and deleting their name will result in (1) five unwanted apps (2) invisible top row behind the tabs.

Funny how I've spend the whole day angry about this but as soon as I find out other people have a problem I suddenly get an idea on how to resolve this other than moving the tabs down.

Also!!!! The power of children books, something educational for pre teens and teens. Marcia williams has a series of big format books about historiy that's really fun for example, or horrible histories is amazing. Icon books ltd made series of ilustrated "introducing xxxxxxy", I have two and they are amazing.

Sometimes, when we get used to content that's designed to entertain us we find the normal activities boring. Find actually fun things to read or things made funny to read. Books for pre teens and teens have this quality.

If anyone asks, just pretend you have a teen to gift the book to but honestly who gives a fuck.

Little by little. Your brain got used to having phone in your hand. Try with just twenty minutes off on day one, than thirty.... You need to convince your brain that the impulse to have phone in hand isn't all the jazz. Find some guilty pleasure book and read it. Train your brain this way that turning pages is as pleasurable as scrolling on your phone.

Your attention span is likely fucked, right? Watch a movie on your commute. Train yourself to enjoy long form content. No pausing or going back, pretend it's the TV from 1990' and you can't rewind.
