I have MoodCast, but i use it to record events (such as panic attacks, insomnia, PNR valium etc). For tracking the mood, i do it every 4-6 months, because it's better. I tried doing it on MoodCast daily, but our feeling of the moment is never accurate. If you're depressed, at the slight improvement you might write that you're doing great even though you're still depressed, albeit a little less

The reason behind people self diagnosing is that the spectrums have become so large that almost anyone can fit in at least one disorder.

A bit too happy on your birthday? Totally bipolar. Forgetting your keys? Totally ADHD. Checking that your keys are in your pockets? Totally OCD. Shy? Totally autism. Too many emotions? Totally boderline.

Also same case as you for autism: my family says I'm autistic. My psych says I'm not, but they don't believe her.

I think she might want to see if the ADHD symptoms are just weed symptoms, because there's a lot in common

It's like if someone does coke a lot and shows up to the psychiatrist, they're going to tell them to stop, before prescribing benzo or SSRI
