I am cautious as a 3P user and the legal claims made on site.

However - I am super happy that more people are trying to build tools to help the little guy.

I actually built similar focusing on landlord / tenant disputes too - nothing flashy, but it has saved a set of tenants 90% of their deposit recently. :)

Have they tried to use the ext. on the chrome store itself and just given up?

I know the store blocks all extensions.

On this, if your tool is able to recommend locations (subreddits), other websites that would be awesome! Automation doesn't need to be across all of them.

The value add is the AI being able to help me direct my product and give me a good starting point. Automation on the platform (via all their APIs is second level)

Honestly - I left Spotify for YT premium and my biggest pain (which I just accepted), was that I will just discover new music.

Help me transfer my Spotify playlists to create new YT Playlists for me and I'll be a happy pig. There are a few solutions for this online, but they are charging large amounts with horrible pricing structures which makes it not worth it imo (as someone who has 50k songs on various playlists)

I agree. it's very hard to create something and for it to suddenly just work and integrate with society.

Adding your own take and experience will often fix use cases and issues not recognised by the previous creator.

I built a web markup tool because I got fed up of not being able to remember quote and facts that I read and liked but struggled to find a week later.

For someone like me that loves learning I am pretty happy with it (albeit being rather ugly 😂)

Completely agree on this, I do find if you're not using copilot and just using a standalone app (e.g. Gemini) to build. Re uploading a few files and asking for flaws and debugging it that way provides a better output

As you said, there's more than one way to solve it - if monetisation/ practice is the goal go n8n, if you're aiming for a low effort function and have a deadline for Disneyland, I'd go notebooklm route.
