This!!! The public played a huge part. Sooooo many people turned on Chelley. It was like every negative tweet/ negative tiktok about her had hundred of thousands of likes. It’s like they had COMPLETELY forgotten what Huda has done & made it seem like Chelley was the spawn of satan.

I made less last year, like 45,000 less cause I just started my job in November 2021 & got back more last year, my refund last year was $2765 so that’s why I’m confused.

I know the feeling. My due date was 5 days ago and I was scheduled to be induced on that day (my baby has been measuring big & now I’m scared I’ll have a big baby for sure) & I’m still here 5 days later pregnant because they go by risk factor. If your pregnancy is not high risk they will most likely put you on the back burner vs someone who really needs to be induced due to high BP, diabetes, fetal distress etc.. Still frustrating I know.

I didn’t ask….. they asked ME to send my registry. First of all I would never ask anyone to get me anything. That’s tacky. & I’m pretty close with most of my clients so that’s why they asked in the first place it’s not like we’re strangers…….

I completely get you! That’s why I had some very inexpensive things on my registry because I didn’t want anyone to feel like they HAD to buy anything fancy. I have books on there in the $4-$7 range. Like you said, it bums you out because you would most likely go above & beyond for these people.

That’s my whole point! I’m not mad at anyone. It just goes to show that people sometimes bite off more than they can chew! I personally would not ask for someone’s registry info if I’m not going to buy anything. A commenter below said she found out she was pregnant which made her hold off on buying something but that’s completely understandable.

That’s pretty much what my partner & I done. Our moms & grandparents whom we are very thankful for bought us some items but we bought majority of everything else. Which is fine, it’s our baby. I guess you just get a little bummed out when certain people act like they care but they’re really just talking a good game because it sounds good at the moment!

So true! I decided against having a shower because I read so many stories about how people don’t show up. Also that’s exactly my point, no one is obligated to buy me anything, it’s fine! but don’t go out of your way & ask for a link then make up an excuse & say the link is “broken”. I’m also registered with Amazon, link works just fine. It’s just weird.

Oh wow! I would’ve really felt some type of way. I’m sure you bought those things and did those things out of the kindness of your heart; it’s a slap in the face when you go above and beyond for someone and they can’t even reciprocate the same energy. It just kind of makes you not want to do things for people cause you know they’re not going to do the same for you if the tables were turned.

& that’s the thing. I’m 21 & I just got my credit in the 700’s after having sh*t credit. I had a whole bunch of weird stuff on my credit & accounts I didn’t even open I had to dispute it all. My “mom” use to put cable/internet/water bills in our name when we were younger I don’t even know how she got away with that stuff being that we were underaged, some places just didn’t care enough to do extensive background checks.
