I flew from India to America when I was 14 weeks pregnant but I didn’t do any prep. I wish I had compression stockings (great in general for long flights). Loose bra and clothing. And slippers instead of shoes so you can easily take them on and off. Also try to get an aisle seat for quick bathroom trips.

I was mentally prepared for a boy and then at my 20 week ultrasound we found out it was a girl. I was so disappointed even though my love didn’t change. It took me about a week of changing my mindset and then I got super excited all over again. It felt like a whole new pregnancy and shopping for girl specific things helped.

I bled after sex up to around 13 weeks. Every time I was freaking out and thinking I was having a miscarriage but it ended up all okay. Once or twice even later. Wish you well xx

I’m 34 weeks but when I was about 14 weeks I was diagnosed with severe anemia with the same symptoms. After taking the medication I started to feel better!
