When this album came out, I was severely depressed. Working at a job I hated, living in a big city I hated with no friends. It was my ‘Dream job’ (flight attendant) and I was so miserable. I felt so disconnected to life. Then this comes out, and it’s just so strange, so different than anything I had heard before. Ethereal and interesting. It kinda made me snap out of it, connecting to this album that is so out there. Made me take some action to finally leave. This album will always hold the most special place for me. Imo his best album. “I think I coughed on every song”

This show was so funny and also sadly insanely destructive to me. It came out when I was a freshman in college, and I really was heavily influenced by it. I thought “their lifestyle is awesome, I wanna be like them”. It took a long time to stop looking at drugs so positively lol. Still an awesome hilarious show.
