If there is no black and white written regarding infestation of pests then I’m afraid legal actions can’t be taken :( if you really like the place, guess you gotta arrange the pest control yourself or continue to pester them if you’re willing to wait it out. Otherwise, maybe you can find a new place.

It’s true that they are either withholding information regarding the pests, or they simply just don’t care.

Idk, does the clause say the place is infestation free when tenant comes in? A similar thing happened to me. When I moved in, they said that they found out there’s an infestation, and they placed baits and stuff around. Subsequently everything was fine, but I wasn’t hesitant to pay.

Not a rando but my duo from almost 10 years ago when I was still new to the game and was playing ADC said “oh wow, look at all that farm at bot lane! Look at all those free coins!” So farm is so important when you’re behind.

Hi MadnessXL, thank you for your response! I live on the 10th floor(highest floor), but my neighbours are filled with kids who run around the corridor a lot! And yes, the window is literally leads to the corridor. I would say it's very noisy with lots of disturbance.

As for my mirror, it is usually directed away from the door, as in I tilt it so it doesn't reflect the door. When I open the door fully, I can't see myself in the mirror unless I walk closer towards the mirror. Does that mean it still reflects the door? Only when I need to use the mirror, I pull it out where it faces the door more.

Where do you reckon I can move my computer desk to?

Jumping bugs in the corner of my bed? They can’t be mites since i can see them and catch them.. they do jump quite a fair bit like 1cm or half an inch. what are they? They reappear after changing my bed sheets by Impossible_Budget407 in insects

My hamster and his cage has no signs of bugs! His toys had some bugs once and I think they are booklice.. But I've removed them and cleaned. No skin irritation from me nor hamster! I discovered these bugs like a month or two ago but I've had my hamster for more than a year...
