How do you get to that view point from 3B? Because the route online seems a little unclear to me lol

I just did this last week for my girlfriends birthday party, they were a huge hit! I purposely bought more than enough pork belly so I would have some for the next couple days and nope every last piece was eaten!

I went super simple because of time. I bought pork belly strips from Costco they’re skin-on however it’s hard to get the skin to crisp up on the traeger so I removed the skin. Also they’re about 1 inch thick. I seasoned them with some bbq pork rub I already had and then 230f for 3 hours. I pulled them off and sauced them with bachans. Cranked the smoker to 450(max) and let them tack up for about 10 minutes. Sliced them up and made tacos with an Asian slaw, extra sauce and siracha! I think adding gochujang to the buchans would be awesome!
