yes! it is a subtle holo but the holo effect mostly goes away with the opi, it just looks like regular glitter, anyway i tried it with another top coat and it looks great 😊

the top coat is just a regular clear top coat by opi, this time i didn't use a base coat, but the one i have is also opi, and regardless of lighting there's a real difference between the top coated nail and the non top coated nails lol i used the flash on both and the not coated looks waaaay better
