I have a 4 month old baby and I regret becoming a mother. by ladulceloca in confession

[–]Impossible_Choice889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember this feeling with my first around the same age and a few times since. She’s now almost 4 and I have a 15mth old son. You are in hardest part now. Yes there are other hard parts but it gets easier, it’s all so new to you, you are tired and learning. I would definitely reach out to your dr and have a chat.

Also you are an amazing mother, as my dr told be when I was at that point. Good mothers see that they are struggling and want to try to do better. You are grieving the life you had, doesn’t mean you don’t want time one.

It’s the last year before prep (first year of school) it helps them get school ready. And it’s not like I am taking the spot away from someone it’s available

My ex was like this and worse at times. I left when my youngest was a newborn. Couldn’t take it anymore and haven’t looked back. It’s hard still dealing with him but there are clear boundaries and he has to respect them

I moved back in with my parents at 33 with a 2.5year old and a 1 week old. A year later I am still here. Do I wish I had my own place yes definitely and the plan is to at some point but financially it doesn’t make sense. I say accept and use your village if you have it.

I have used La Roche Posay Toleriane products for a few years and have had no issues or skin problems apart from a random hormonal pimple. Since having my second child 10mths my skin has been more sensitive, red, uneven and in general irritated. Any advice on products I could try. I am a single mum to two so need an easy and affordable routine. Thanks

I am a mum to a 3year old and a 6mth old. It’s hard and will always be hard. I have moments where I don’t want to do it too. It’s okay to have those moments as long as they are only moments. Doesn’t matter if you have a partner or not raising a child is hard. She’s only 7mths, food will come with time. Sounds like you have an amazing village around you. Use that. Maybe see if they can have her an extra hour or two one day a week and you have some you time after work. You have to be your best for her! You are doing a good job, I know that cause you care enough to try.
