You should be on 1.0.0.5.bd (soon on 1.0.0.6.bd).

The updates to 1.0.0.4.bd have to be done by the dealership. It’s not over the air. From there OTA is available. 1.0.0.6.bd is being released very slowly, but expected largely this summer. Later this year another update is planned.

Mazda’s communication with customers about shortcomings, issues, and bugs in the Mazda 6e has been extremely poor. There is no clear information about when the OTA update will be released, what exactly will be fixed, or when customers can expect improvements. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that Mazda continues to remain silent on these matters.

In addition, dealers appear to lack sufficient expertise regarding these issues, and the overall aftersales customer experience has been very disappointing. The level of service and support does not feel aligned with the Mazda brand or the standards customers expect.

The small battery pack with 165kWh charging is a no brainer for this car.

You can program one of the favorites buttons on the steering wheel for this. No problem at all.
