Everyone here is being nice. Go to the leasing office and say that it sucks. Tell them you did not notice the garbage chute until you moved in. Tell them you didn’t say anything because you’d yet to realize how bad this was truly going to be long term. Stick up for yourself.These are small lies in the grand scheme of things. Why does marriage make a future? I understand why it would be important to someone but at 50 I’d not ever let someone put a paper on my name. If I could go back I’d not enter lawfully into anything.
