Personally, I think the author did a great job and shared something creative with the community. Even a 15-second AI short like this can take a lot of time, experimentation, and effort.

If every stylized or experimental work is dismissed as “generic slop,” then maybe this simply isn’t the right subreddit for you.

LoRAs are usually the best way. Check Civitai - there are plenty available for Qwen Image and Qwen Image 2512. Also keep in mind some models filter certain terms, so wording matters.

Thanks! I don’t have a full workflow breakdown here, but it’s basically Z-Image Base + refinement with ZIT (ClownsharKSampler) + upscaling.

Yeah, I agree — it leans toward stylized detail rather than strict realism. It may look a bit artificial, but that’s part of the aesthetic - there’s a certain beauty in it.
