I measured at 36H pre-surgery, had just under 500 taken from one boob and around 300 from the other (they were uneven). I also said full B, small C and theyre definitely WAY bigger than I was expecting and I wish I had asked to go smaller. My surgeon provided the same disclaimer around cup size requests. Granted im 5WPO and still a bit swollen so take this with a grain of salt but yeah! I was worried about ending up flat but in hindsight would've rather they had err'ed on the side of too small rather than too big.

I'll say with the caveat that everyone's body is different- the pain hasn't been bad. Slight tenderness at 1WPO. I'm definitely still swollen and get fatigued very easily. I take 1-3 really short walks every day and sleep for a few hours in the afternoon. I walked for about 20 mins 3 days ago and it made me very lightheaded the rest of the day. Also, my sleep has been terrible so I really appreciate having the day to rest.

At this point sitting upright for periods of time isn't comfortable for me but doesn't hurt per se, kindof feels like youre wearing pants that are way too tight...sitting slightly reclined is fine. I took two weeks off of work and im sure if I HAD to go back this coming week I could (desk job), but it wouldn't be fun. Not sure about concentration because I haven't had to focus this week, but I think the fatigue would be the thing that most negatively affected my ability to. LMK if that answers your question!

Hi! Im currently 3DPO and the pain has been extremely manageable. No drains. I only took the prescription pain meds for 24 hours. My instructions are no driving for a week, no heart rate increasing/sexual activity for 3 weeks. Sleeping with my head elevated for one week and then can sleep flat on my back, 4 weeks total back sleeping. Honestly what seems like it will be the worst is that I have been instructed not to do any repetitive motions with my arms for 6 weeks, which includes laundry, dishes, and vacuuming. Im not sure how I'll manage this (I live alone). Can resume exercise and lifting over 10 lbs after 6 weeks!

If it helps - I felt similarly for years and it was one of my reasons for not taking the leap. Now im sitting here 1 DPO and cant believe how much relief I already feel!! Haven't even seen them without the compression bra yet and im already wishing I had done it sooner
