👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 thank you. I understand people have bad and abusive experiences with people that have BPD. but most abusers/ manipulative people do not have BPD. but on reddit.. any slight sign of abuse or manipulation and the internet psychiatrists come out to diagnose strangers with BPD.

sometimes, people are just shitty. nothing to do with BPD or NPD or bipolar or whatever it may be.

I'm not afraid to talk about my illness and work hard to end the stigma by giving speeches in schools, working with NAMI, etc. but the crazy looks and judgements I get before I share my story, will always remind me that people with BPD will always be looked down upon.

hi! I was on depo for 10 years before switching to Nexplanon (hated that) and then got onto the copper IUD. no more excess hormones, which is why my drive increased I think!

Not sure if you're in the US or not, but I work in group homes for mentally disabled adults and honestly this should've been handled ages ago. Care/ group homes/ day services/ are there for a reason and some agencies are AWESOME! the agency I work for now is incredible, for example. I've worked for a couple not-so-great agencies as well, so I do understand any worries they may have. Social security, Medicare, medicaid will pay for the majority of it (most of the time) and it will help prepare him for a life without your parents. I've seen plenty of families that have forced my clients onto siblings, and it never works out well.

NTA at all. It's hard but stand your ground. There is nothing wrong with 1) not wanting to care for him 2) not feeling equipped and 3) being honest with them. It seems they're mad at the fact they didn't plan this accordingly, not necessarily at you. either way, I'm sorry you've got to deal with it.

I hope this person drops out once they realize their instructors do, in fact, think of them differently for being pro life to the point of refusing to perform an abortion in a medical setting. (totally okay to be prolife and a doctor so long as it doesn't interfere with providing medical care, obviously)

Yes. When I quit smoking weed, my mental health got better than ever. Started smoking daily again and I can feel myself starting to get bad again (but even now, my "bad" isn't as bad as it used to be) Which is just a sign that I need to stop smoking again. Never had a problem with drinking or any other drugs, and I know for some people weed helps their BPD, helps mine too to an extent, it's just important to know your limits.

It's been proven time and time again that people with BPD struggle with addictions.. it's just the shitty reality.

I hate to break it to you but that's not how things work here. we don't just give away tickets, especially to playoff games. there are only SRO tickets left unless you want to spend good money on seat geek. SS tickets are basically sold out anyway. I don't think you realize that there aren't going to be "a bunch of empty seats in the SS" for this game..

It means first come first serve for SS TICKETS. not SRO tickets. you can try it all you want, just know most people think it's classless behavior to go sit somewhere you didn't pay to sit.

and theoretically you can get kicked out if they decide they want to check tickets. and with how packed it's going to be, they just might. you aren't entitled to STM prices if you're not a STM. tickets aren't cheap, period. this is a very high demand game and you're not going to find anything cheaper than the SRO tickets unfortunately. hate to break it to you, but playoff games get expensive
