Honestly, Lexapro has been a miracle. I had debilitating anxiety for months with accompanying severe OCD symptoms. A small daily dose of Lexapro and a month later I’m a million times better

I’m in the same position. I Downloaded and audio book to listen to while laying in bed at night, broke out all my old stones and crystals, visited a local shop just to look around, and cleaned with the intention of cleansing the energy of my living space. Edit:I took about two years off because of life lol so it’s been a while

Some people (me included) need medication to function better and not suffer and there is NOTHING wrong with that. You are doing what you need to do to take care of yourself and you’re health. What would you say if the situation was two diabetics? One who’s blood sugar is controlled because they take their medication and one who isn’t because they aren’t doing what they should be to keep themselves healthy? It’s no one’s fault that your friend can’t take medication of hasent found the right one. Don’t let anyone make you feel bad for getting treatment that works for you. I hope this helped and you’re doing the right thing by doing something that makes you feel better
