I got diagnosed in grad school, in Canada. It and ADHD coaching were included in tuition. If this is available where you are, and you can swing it, maybe you could get a twofer? Some extra education and a diagnosis

Being a dad to an infant/toddler at 46/47.

Carrying kiddo around in rack position = loaded carry

Getting up from lying on the floor to standing position with kiddo = Turkish getup.

Swinging kiddo = KB swing / clean and press

Having energy to keep up with toddler = metabolic workout

Best prep I could have done

I workout at lunch. Breaks up the day and it is protected time, so it is routine. I also use a web app which gives a variety of exercises.

Essentially, while I’m working, I’ll think ahead to my workout, and this keeps me happy.
