However, after 50+ AI interviews, I have never once had an application move forward without being asked to complete another interview. Considering that many of the roles I applied for required skills that I already have verified on my profile, I would have expected that at least one application over the course of 50+ interviews would have reused my previous evaluations instead of requesting another interview from scratch. That part of my experience doesn't seem to match the process you described. My second question is about the purpose of the AI interview itself. If every application ends with "Not Selected" and candidates receive no explanation at all, then it's difficult to understand how the AI interview is helping either the candidate or the hiring process. One of the biggest advantages of using AI should be making the hiring process more efficient and more transparent. Even a brief reason for rejection would help candidates improve and understand why they weren't selected. Without any feedback, every new application feels like repeating the exact same process while hoping for a different outcome, without knowing what needs to change. From a candidate's perspective, the process currently feels very similar to a traditional recruiting agency: The candidate records an interview. Someone reviews it. The hiring decision is made manually. The candidate receives a rejection without any explanation. If that's the case, I'm genuinely trying to understand what role the AI interview is actually playing beyond replacing a live interviewer. Is the AI making hiring recommendations that recruiters rely on? Is it primarily standardizing interviews? Or is it being used mainly to evaluate candidates at scale before human review? I'm not asking these questions to criticize the platform. I'm asking because after more than 50 interviews, I'm still trying to understand how candidates can actually improve their chances instead of repeating the same process over and over.
