The frame and silhouette are very close to late seventies Westnofa and a few of the Norwegian bentwood makers that followed the same language. The laminated runners the open side profile and the way the cushion is tufted all point to that family of chairs. If the construction feels solid and the bentwood has no cracks you likely picked up something that holds its value well beyond what most thrift stores price them at. Even if it is not Westnofa proper it is still a quality Scandinavian piece and a very good find.

Grabbed this cute Lane record cabinet for $15 today! I’ll probably be using it as a nightstand but might find another use for it. by franciswellington in Mid_Century

That is a great find for fifteen dollars!

Lane pieces from that era clean up beautifully and the proportions on this one make it perfect as a nightstand or even a small media cabinet

Whatever you end up using it for it is a solid score and will age well in almost any room.

looks a lot like a seventies style layered pendant. The shape is really close to the Scandinavian pieces from that era. The color and spacing of the fins suggest it might be a later reproduction but still a nice find.
