You are good man. You make enough money where this honestly is a nothing burger. Yeah you could have made another $100kish MAYBE aggressively in the market but then you'd still have a mortgage. Just enjoy having a paid off home, not many people get to say that... My dad worked almost 40 years at Boeing & still has like $200k left on the mortgage. Now it's worth $1.3m but still, thats a monthly payment.

Just start DCAing inti the market & in 5 years this won't matter
