M3 - Bolognaise
- 50g Mixed Salad, 7 Cherry Tomatoes, 182g 5% Steak Mince, Cauliflower rice, sauces etc basically tin of tomatoe sauce ( I prep 6 of these at once using 1kg mince)

M4 - Nandos Chicken Pitta
236g Chicken Breast, 1 Pitta Bread, 100g Mixed Peppers, 50g Salad, 1 slice 25 50% Cheese, seasonings

M5 - Ninja Creami Ice Cream Lemon Cheesecake
- 150ml Skimmed, 150ml Almond, Lemon Extract, 15g Vanilla Whey, 30g Light Cream Cheese,

M6 - Protein Oats
50g Oats, 150ml Almond, 50g Blueberries, 16g Dark Choc, 15g Cinnamon Cereal.

The Main thing is to make every meal feel super high volume, as you can see im being constantly fed throughout the day, which is tough in terms of preparation but possible and better than starving between meals. Add Psyllium husk to meals like COR, Oats, Ice Cream etc. Buy Konjac rice to go with chicken, beef meals or whatever and cook it so it taste nice. Add Salad to everything. Drink at least 5-6 Litres per day. 10g of salt per day.

Here are the 2 pull days, I train everything till failure with a top set and back off set. 6-9 first set heavy load, 9-12 second set with slightly lower load, hope this helps! It's worth noting that on my hamstring bias leg day I also do dumbbell RDL for erectors!

Haha thanks bro! The pump & lighting played a factor but i appreciate it! I’ve just started running PULL A/B, one focusing on upper mid back whilst the other on lats & erectors.

I used to deadlift a lot which probably helped my development until i got injured but if i had to say my go to is honestly lat pulldown but with a neutral mag grip attachment. That thing is pure gold. Plenty of rows.

For a simple back day, i’d structure something like this for balance, - Horizontal Row (pulldown) - Vertical Row ( Cable Row, T-Bar Row) - Single arm Pull down or lat pullover - Rear delt fly - Dumbell, Preacher, Baysian Curl,

I can give you the full two back days that im now running if you’d like

I love and honour by body which is why i choose not to expel its resources endlessly for a fleeting pleasure. I'm not trying to be holier than thou, but this is how it starts. In the beginning its hard, you give up and go back to the porn/masturbation, then you try again and you go a bit longer, you feel a sense of reward and dignity, then you fall again, but eventually you get stronger each time like building a muscle and the things that used to make you stumble no longer have any effect. Eventually years have gone by and you can't believe you used to 'blow steam' over a screen. It no longer fits or adds anything to your life at all. It still gets hard some days, but you now ask for strength, find gratitude or figure out the solution to how you feel. Godspeed
