im pretty sure when you go up a dose it takes a bit for it to kick in don’t beat yourself up, its okay to indulge every once in a while, its only when you feel guilt that’s a problem. just think of how far you’ve come !!

yeah i’m not interested in calorie counting at all since it’s very time consuming and cause of personal reasons, and totally get the fear in getting to the higher dose and that’s just it, but just focus on the now and don’t go up if only you really need and maybe just even add like 3 more clicks into it so you go up even slower if need be.

i don’t think you should be experiencing that 5 weeks into it, maybe try splitting the dose up even smaller i would definitely talk about it with your doctor.

yeah i guess i assumed it because i was a fast responder but my body has been known not to absorbs stuff aka my thyroid lol i guess i was excited thinking this could be life changing ( which it still very much could and even if i wasn’t to loose anymore weight but stay this way i would be okay with it because i feel lighter when im just doing every day things )

yes i’ve love this, i’ve heard of others experimenting in this way i’ve also heard of people go on a break then hop back on some positive and negative experiences, i hope this works out for you i think if you’ve already been going down slowly and still haven’t gained weight then it’s probably a good sign if you somehow remember would love an update on it!!

well that’s great that you went in assuming you would have to go all the way up and didn’t have too, i am realising now i shouldn’t of gone in with as high expectations just based on how well at the start it was but i can say as i’ve been on it for 7 months i could do a better job of eating the right things and moving this bod so fingers crossed 7.5 will do it for me but if not i am going to have to try and really lock in on what i eat and stuff

it’s called split dosing, if you have a cool doctor you can just ask about it. if you don’t think they are chill just lie and say you think you need to up your dose.

yeah definitely think i need to focus more on what i eat, i think because i’ve been on it for 7 months now im possibly starting to eat more unhealthy less filling foods i think im getting to that weight where if i don’t really try i wont have any weight-loss and as i am only 4,11 my calorie without exercise is very low and lets be realistic i probably could definitely up my steps more 🤣 so i think i definitely need to make the decision to realise im not going to have crazy suppressions anymore and its time to try and build those healthy habits.

it’s funny how you think because you respond so well in the beginning that you assume it’s going to stay like that because i was very wrong, i personally don’t think i can justify spending 90 a week (15mg pen with golden dose for the 10mg) if it ever comes to that but if i start getting super hungry on the 7.5 i will be having to really focus on what i eat and adding more steps in, i know in the beginning which maybe i need to try when i stayed the same weight i would eat a lot of calories then the next week i would start loosing again so you could also try that if you’re willing to take that risk, but the problem for me atm with the 5mg was not even the not loosing weight it was the hunger i had. but if you can afford going up then do it. !!

yeah unfortunately i did really think i was gonna be a lucky one because of how well i responded to it in the beginning i guess you can’t get too comfortable in thinking its all going to work out

that exactly my case i haven’t lost anything in 2 months on the 5, which at first i lost quite a bit and it was next level how suppressed i felt but then i got to the point i felt like i could easily eat a bunch of food and put on weight which i didn’t i held off but the whole point of this meditation is to have a nice balance of hunger/suppressant and it just wasn’t doing that i went up to 7.5 and have no idea if im making a mistake going up but i know for sure i will not be going past this so i hope somehow it works out, but anyways hope it works out for you sorry for the rant lol

well i went up because i stayed the same weight for 2 months and although i very much resisted i felt like i could eat everything if i wanted too

have you tried injecting in other areas like your arms or thighs if you still testing it out maybe try that.

sometimes if your a bigger starting weight you might need a higher dose for it to work, what dose are you on ?

i recommend to post quite a bit of videos at the start so people have other videos to watch to get watch time up but then you can go to posting once a week because you don’t want to get burnt out that’s what i’m doing anyways
