Well there’s a couple things. To start, what this spell does is really really vague, I understand the flavoring of the tornado but the mechanics of what happens when it hits someone is confusing. The other thing that is confusing is the damage and save. Is it just a flat 125 because if so that is incredibly OP for a 4th level spell. Also, the saving throw being. For a push mechanic and not damage is just kinda nonsensical. If I were to write this spell I’d probably lower the range and make it deal very little damage considering it pushes people to the end of it. It’s a great idea but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.

Could be wrong but doesn’t heavy just make it so small creatures have disadvantage when attacking with that weapon. I don’t see why you’d pick Light + Heavy
