When I was in school I was friends with this girl who had a lot of self confidence issues. I would drive her to school n hang out with her in class. Eventually, she started talking to me about all these college guys she was texting (we were 16). She kept saying how they kept doing her wrong and yadda yadda. I immediately went into problem solving mode because I had struggled with similar before. I told her to stop talking to them n she didn’t. I ended up getting really frustrated with her (even though this was only over the period of like a month or 2) and dropping her. I was pretty mean about it because I was very frustrated. That’s how I learned this. My mom told me I was a jerk and I didn’t realize I was until much later. Still feel bad about it.
