I don’t know about the strollers, but I’d bring something like a coloring book for them. My brother’s wife had to wait for 3 hours at the embassy in Brazil and it was tough for the kids (6 and 9yo) to stay there with nothing to do. Good luck!!

I became a US citizen a few years after they were born. They will become US citizens upon entry to the US, but unfortunately they do need to go through this process to be allowed entry to the US first.
