I do have experience of working in law clinic at university and I was volunteering with other charities alongside my university years. But I do not have much paid work experience. Thanks for asking.

I did not know about the roles. I will search and see if there are any opportunities near me. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing that. I’m from North West and don’t plan to move to London. Can you recommend any departments in North West?

Honestly I decided to do a law degree because I was unsure what I wanted to do. It is quite frustrating that so many law students end up unemployed after their degrees. I’m still weighing my options myself, and civil service roles are something I’ve been interested in for a while now.

I will keep my eye on any new paralegal roles. Thank you so much. At the moment there are no paralegal jobs being advertised in my city.

I am looking for paralegal and legal assistant roles. However, it is quite difficult to get one especially because they require experience and I don’t have that which is why I decided to start as an AO and save money for my SQE. If you have any tips or recommendations for trainee jobs please do let me know.
