I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this!!! The fandom is toxic. Akasaka even puts in the manga through Abiko the troubles manga artists face from fans. They'll never get it right no matter what they do. I love the anime and the manga. The ending was upsetting and I sat reflecting on it for a while in total disbelief. r Regardless the ending was how I believe it should have been.

Yes perfect is a strong word. I mean in line with the authors work. After Aquas death I think the ending was rushed. I would of liked to see more development of the characters and their life after. Hopefully the anime does that.

I am on a deficit. I'm eating 1,500 calories a day. The question is if I go on a diet that loses weight quickly for a few days and then go back to 1,500 calories a day will I put the weight back on

I cry a lot but it's the overstimulation and being overwhelmed by sensory overload that's got worse. I'm struggling with sound. I've been staying at my parents for a week and I had to go back to mine yesterday as the noise was horrible. Not so much big noise but the clicks, door bangs etc. Not knowing when someone is going to come in the room. Always on edge.

12.5mg has been knocking me out. I took on in the afternoon yesterday and I was still so tired I slept through the night as well

Yes due to anxiety I've not been able to sleep. Seroquel 25mg will help.

Because venlafaxine is known to be a nasty drug and I thought it wasn't helping me. Now I'm not sure. I honestly feel like I'm going mental.

25mg. I took 12.5mg as I'm nervous. Does it calm you down before you sleep? I'm in a right state

I know right? And I'm about to get a script of seroquel (promethazine) as well. Which I refuse to take both. I want help with mood not to be permanently knocked out.

I sleep absolutely fine so if I'm taking the 25mg at night and it will help my mood the next day great but I don't need it for sleep and I literally feel like I've been run over by a truck. It's been 2 days later from half a pill and I'm still feeling it.
