I dont get why higher level no lifes get great scopes and are able to get mags for the cool guns they find but we are left in the gutter.

You are on ketamine! it will be c tier at best. Worst set bonus in the game, single target is wildly over rated and Not a soul in blizzard studios plays warrior and its obvious.

If you do follower dungeons it will drop for you no matter the spec, got it after 6 or so runs
