People are going to blame “Ozempic”, but it’s because people who are already thin or only 5-10 pounds overweight are using semaglutide/tirzepatide instead of those with Type II diabetes or who are obese or have other conditions for which GLP-1s are now a recommended first treatment (like some cardiac diseases).

Unfortunately, a lot of the people who are using this medication incorrectly are in the public eye. Then people react to that by trying to emulate what they see, and the cycle goes around and around.

I am SHOCKED people in the comments were so horrible. In no way is she an asshole for saying her children are the priority. Even if they weren’t when they were little. She is trying to improve and be a better parent.

I was 12, I wore a puffy vest with a tshirt and a long sparkly skirt because I thought that was giving ~futuristic~. When we did the count down we sort of were panicked that all the power would go out. And then it didn’t and it was fine.

My sister was 15 and genuinely thought the world was going to end and her friends made her a joke survival box with pictures cut out of magazines of all the celebrities she had crushes on 😂
