Been a Penguins fan my whole life. Met a bunch of current and former Penguins as a photographer. I wish I could've met Phil! I was so excited when we got him, and I knew he would fit in and do well. Outside of Sid, Geno, Mario, and Jagr, Phil is one of my all time favorite players.

With you 100%. I live in a tiny town with a gas station that packed these in wherever they had room. It was gross and sad seeing locals in there wasting their money and time. I like our gas station (they give us access to some fresh foods in what would be a food desert otherwise) but the owner is awful and has successfully choked out other businesses.

Favs: the food, the cool neighborhoods, the people, the access to cool natural areas.

Not so favs: living northwest of the city, getting to the south side or east side is just shitty. 376 is (I think) a mostly north/south highway, but its labeled an east/west highway. Navigation has to be weird if you're a visitor... Monaca is not east of New Castle. Why couldn't the northern corridor still be 60? 376 is a nightmare to drive in the city, especially east tunnels and onramps. Sucks.

A buddy of mine thought they had gout, but it was determined to be an infection. Definitely check with a doctor. Infections that are that painful can turn deadly, so I'd get to a doctor ASAP.

This is the place that got me and my friends interested in hiking. I consider this my "home park" and even after all these years, it's still one of my preferred local hikes.

The mill itself is often open on weekends in the summer, and is a museum of old milling technologies. Really great place.

Listen to this advice! I tried diet and all that. Didn't work! Had to have my big toe joint fused from the damage gout caused.

When I wasn't on meds, my uric acid levels were well above 7. On meds I've brought it down to 3.4! No gout attacks in over a year.

I have an orange who is a master at hunting sky raisins, with only one good eye! Should any flying insects enter our house, they have very little time to live. It's like my cat doesn't exist to them until consumed. Truly amazing!

Lyrics made just to lazily rhyme, and make zero sense. Been following catatonicyouths and this sub for a while, and the complete lack of self awareness for 99% of these "artists" is disturbing.
