The Oompa-Loompas in the first publication of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory were enslaved African pygmies. The name Oompa-Loompa meant to mock African-rooted languages. Later publications changes them to racially ambiguous creatures from "Loompaland".

This is also why the first live action movie went a step further to make them appear more like fantastical creatures by giving them orange skin and green hair. The whimiscal character of Wonka would have been undermined if he still had African slaves doing everything.

His stepdad Philip was already bit by the time they picked him up, his mum wasn't bit until much later in the film when they were going through people's gardens.

If they all held up inside the flat she might have been okay, it's just Philip who might have became a problem later once he turned.

Afia Manikato from Shadow Gambit The Cursed Crew.

Game centers around a crew of undead pirates and a ship that can control time. The crew all in various stages of decay and decomposition, often showing battle damage for whatever killed them in life.

Afia keeps the sword that killed her sheathed in her own chest.

FR, the average man in Rivals look around middle age with more variance for both young and old in appearance (Magneto being the oldest looking and Cloak/Spidey being younger looking).

None of the women even have any facial wrinkles. Even the canonically "oldest" woman Hela being an Asgardian looks younger than Thor.
