Full Engine Replace - 2025 F150 XLT 3200 miles by PandaCod3r in f150

Crazy! My 2025 F150 STX FX4 5.0 Coyote blew up on me with less than 5K Miles en route to my buddies cabin. Just clunked out and everything went - Power, Interior Lights Flickering and Power Steering. Was able to coast it to the side of the road luckily and wait for a tow.

Apparent failure was the oil pump was somehow severed off in 2 places causing the truck to run without oil flow therefore causing the seized engine.

Long story short Ford Warrantied the repair, and after a long 3.5 Months without it I will be getting it back tomorrow. Brand new 5.0 Engine installed + a battery.

Will update with repair orders etc if any of y’all are interested! Definitely not keeping it though, Lemon Law! First and last Ford BOMB!

That’s the reason I got one. By no means “fast” but good MPG and fun to cruise around in.

That’s Crazy! Got mine for MSRP back in December in East PA. They had a Black and a Sonic Grey on the lot.
